Harmonise Body and Mind

The connection with body and mind establishes harmony.  To harmonise body and mind there, is a minimum requirement to prepare the self to study the mind, and its fluctuations from negative to positive mind.

We have been trained to disconnect our thoughts and emotions.  But our mind and our emotions are with us 24/7, 365 days, every minute, every second of the day. We rarely think about the fundamental relationship to the mind.

When we can master and command the mind, we can enjoy life with abundance.

Our mind is:

Your best friend and your worst enemy.

Whosoever controls the mind, controls the entire psyche of the universe.

Is responsible for all our troubles – success and failure.

Mind can travel beyond time and space.

The mind can use imagination for creation and destruction

Once you have established relationship with mind and breath, the body begins the journey to harmony.  The connection impacts the mood, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. The chemicals are continuously changing depending on our moods.

The disconnection with body and mind stops life from flowing smoothly, causing pain, agitation, depression, fear, anxiety, and stress.

‘Developing a mind-body harmony is a synergy between the two most fundamental elements in our life’

The untrained mind continues to react to external situations and jumps form one thought to another leading to confusion and anxiety.  We are wired up to reacting!

Once we train the mind and cultivate to live in the moment, take time to respond we find the body and mind begin to work in harmony.

We can see around the world people are seeking ways to train their mind and body to reduce stress and improve their life.

To improve our life, we need to connect with nature, eat nutritious food, exercise, yoga, and meditation to reduce toxicity.

To enrich life with we need to slowly change our lifestyle and enhance harmony between mental and physical states. We need to review our emotions about guilty, shame, fear, and exhaustion.  We need to practice yoga and meditation to control the mind to improve our body, emotions and spend time with ourselves to know the mind intimately.  Through Yoga and Meditation, we learn to understand the mind and what and who triggers negativity.

Teaching yoga has helped me to Harmonise my body and mind.  It’s not been an easy journey to discover, how I have reacted to situations, comments and overthought for days and months to the point of becoming helpless, and lost confidence.

Yoga has enabled me to divert negative thought patterns into positive thought and understand my mind intimately.

I have recorded these Yoga sets to enable you to find your true nature.  There are 4 Yoga sets and a Yoga Nidra:

Balance Head and Heart

Become Crystal Clear

Body scan Yoga Nidra

Balance head and Heart

This kriya brings a balance between logic and feeling, between ideas and the “fire” to put them into action, between an overly intellectual mind and overly sensitive emotions. It aligns the head and heart so you can be great and graceful, aware, and loving.

The set will enable you to bring awareness to your heart and expand your inner head space to include your heart space.

Become crystal clear

This kriya will help to develop and crystallize your understanding of the Self - mind, body, and soul.

The yoga set will begin to help you understand yourself, give you the ability to express your truth with our actions and commitments.  Give you clarity about who you are and the person you want to be become.

Renew Glands

This kriya is for reducing stress and fortifying the mind and body to effectively respond to change in a healthy way.

The set of poses focuses on stimulating and rejuvenating the endocrine system, which includes the glands in the body.  The practices promote relaxation and reduce stress can have a positive impact on hormonal balance.

Yoga Nidra – Body scan

Body scan is a specific technique used within the practice of Yoga Nidra to bring awareness to different parts of the body. It is often incorporated as a component of the overall Yoga Nidra practice to promote relaxation, release tension, and cultivate a sense of body-mind connection.

During a body scan Yoga Nidra practice, you lie down in a comfortable position and focus your attention on different areas of your body, systematically moving from one part to another. The instructor or recording will guide you through the process, directing your attention and bringing awareness to each part of your body.

As you focus on each area, you may be encouraged to observe any sensations, tension, or discomfort present in that specific body part without judgment. The goal is to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and acceptance within each area of the body.

The body scan technique in Yoga Nidra serves multiple purposes. It helps to bring awareness to areas of tension or discomfort, allowing you to consciously release and relax those areas. It also encourages the development of body-mind connection and a heightened sense of present-moment awareness.

By systematically scanning the body, you can develop a deep sense of relaxation and release any physical or energetic blockages that may be present. This technique can be particularly useful for stress reduction, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being.

You can find guided body scan Yoga Nidra recordings online or attend Yoga Nidra classes where instructors incorporate this technique into their sessions. It is generally recommended to practice in a quiet and comfortable environment where you can fully relax and focus on the body scan process.

Remember that everyone's experience may vary, and it's essential to approach the practice with an open mind and without judgment. If you have any specific health concerns or conditions, consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any new practice.
