Harmonise Body and Mind

The connection with body and mind establishes harmony.  To harmonise body and mind there, is a minimum requirement to prepare the self to study the mind, and its fluctuations from negative to positive mind.

We have been trained to disconnect our thoughts and emotions.  But our mind and our emotions are with us 24/7, 365 days, every minute, every second of the day. We rarely think about the fundamental relationship to the mind.

When we can master and command the mind, we can enjoy life with abundance.

Walking Yoga

What images does the word Yoga conjure up in your head?
  • Somewhere you can develop flexibility
  • Somewhere you can relax and go to sleep
  • A slow-paced class to practice different types of postures

One of the main reasons for joining a Yoga class is to develop flexibility and learn to relax. Yoga is more than postures, it is a connection between the body and spirit through breath

Yoga is both beautiful and generous enough to accommodate all types of bodies and shapes.  Students with poor body image are reluctant to attend yoga classes. They first have to get past the influx of images in the media of lean bodies and expensive sportswear.

A teachers' role is to welcome EveryBody in the class. Yoga is more than a simple sequence of postures. It is about helping a person find themselves to lose their fear and develop confidence.

My experience has been to...
