Our spine and breath support us throughout our life, but how many of us do not think about our back and the connection to our breath? 

 

I have been teaching yoga for over 11 years and like a lot of people, have suffered from different types of back pain, stress on the shoulders, neck pain, upper back pain, lower back pain and, whole body aching. Whenever I visited my doctor, I was given painkillers and asked to move more. I didn't want to take painkillers and I was active. The pain continued even though I was active, that's when I realised that the pain was more than physical pain....
