Kundalini Yoga Therapy


Kundalini Therapy is mulit-dimensional approach to healing the body and mind.

Kundalini Yoga Therapy is a therapeutic technique that combines Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Ayurvedic principles, Chinese medicine and Accupressure to create an effective healing regime to treat your Physical, emotional and spiritual problems. It is a 360 approach to healing.

The Therapy views the client as an energetic being. This method involves the use of Kundalini Yoga, the 10 bodies, acupressure points, Meditation, Movement, Ayurvedic principles, Chinese Medicine, Accupressure and the Chakra system to recalibrate the body.

What to expect from a session?
The first session will involve a detailed discussion about your lifestyle. The discussion will highlight any physical, emotional or spiritual block in your body. The diagnosis of your symptoms will be made and a tailored programme will be discussed for your to follow. The programme will include any or all of the following, Yoga postures, Meditation, Herbs, diet, all based on Chinese and Ayurvedic principles. The client will incorporate the suggestions into their lifestyle. A followup appointment will be in 3/4 weeks to discuss progress.

A therapist is a catalyst for recovery. It is up to the client to engage and work on their body/emotions to heal.

The consultations lasts between 60-90 mins
