Summer is here, which means that Walking Yoga will start from May. The session is for one hour, where you will learn about posture, yoga postures to help strengthen muscles, breathing with movement and meditation with movement , under the trees and enjoy outdoors. The sessions are suitable for everyone. Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable walking shoes.
